Mit “The Grand Splendour of Death” wird in wenigen Tagen das neue Album der Melodic Doom / Death Metal-Band MATALOBOS erscheinen. Es ist nach “Arte Macabro” (2016) das zweite Album der Mexikaner.
“The Grand Splendour of Death” wurde von Rubén Sánchez (VST) in den Urvn Studios in León produziert und von Jari Lindholm (ENSHINE, EXGENESIS) gemastert. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Manolo Gonzalez Zavala.
MATALOBOS sind Gitarrist Eduardo Santamaría (CLOSURE), Sänger Dante Méndez Andrade, Bassist Carlos de Anda, Gitarrist Germán N. und Drummer Clemente Escalona (VST).
“The Grand Splendour of Death” wird am 4. Dezember 2020 via Concreto Records erscheinen. Vorab gibt es mit “Swallowed By The Earth” ein Lyric-Video.
