Die Neoklassik / Gothic / Darkwave-Band ATARAXIA hat mit „Quasar“ ein neues Album angekündigt. Dieses folgt zwei Jahren nach dem bislang letzten Album der italienischen Band aus Modena, „Sincronicity Embraced“, nach.
„We worked on seven archetypes“, erklärt die Band zum Album. „The number of grace and realization – seven, the colors of the rainbow – one for each song, and these informed energies have archangelic names. Powerful information flows that balance the four elements of fire, water, air, and earth inside and outside of us, with the fifth etheric element above the crown.“
„Quasar“ gilt aber auch als Jubiläumsalbum. Schließlich feiert die Band ihren 30. Geburtstag.
Das neue Album von ATARAXIA wird am 16. Oktober 2020 via AnnapurnA erscheinen. Vorab gibt es den Track „Nebula“ zu hören.
